Project Manager

We are look­ing for a col­league to join our team who has expe­ri­ence in project man­age­ment and an inter­est in the IT field. The work involves man­ag­ing imple­men­ta­tion projects for cus­tomers and project lead­er­ship of our inter­nal team of net­work, infra­struc­ture, and secu­ri­ty spe­cial­ists. We are look­ing for a per­son who can com­bine a struc­tured approach to projects with prac­ti­cal solu­tions to every­day sit­u­a­tions.

Who are we looking for?

  • Ori­en­ta­tion in the field of IT and tech­no­log­i­cal projects.
  • Orga­ni­za­tion­al skills and a sys­tem­at­ic approach.
  • Abil­i­ty to work with project man­age­ment tools.
  • Assertive­ness and resis­tance to stress.
  • The abil­i­ty to find flex­i­ble solu­tions in a less flex­i­ble envi­ron­ment.
  • A pos­i­tive atti­tude towards main­tain­ing doc­u­men­ta­tion and han­dover pro­to­cols.
  • Eng­lish at a lev­el for reg­u­lar com­mu­ni­ca­tion (writ­ten and spo­ken).
  • Flu­ent Czech or Slo­vak.

 

What do we con­sid­er an added bonus? (not a require­ment):

  • Expe­ri­ence lead­ing work­ing groups in IT.
  • Knowl­edge of project man­age­ment method­olo­gies and pro­ce­dures.
  • PRINCE2, TOGAF, ITIL, or sim­i­lar cer­ti­fi­ca­tion.

What will you do?

  • Man­ag­ing imple­men­ta­tion projects in the field of net­work, infra­struc­ture, and secu­ri­ty tech­nolo­gies.
  • Project lead­er­ship of an inter­nal team of spe­cial­ists.
  • Super­vi­sion of the ful­fill­ment of the agreed qual­i­ty, time sched­ule, and bud­get.
  • Resource plan­ning and work coor­di­na­tion.
  • Com­mu­ni­ca­tion with cus­tomers regard­ing the project scope, deliv­ery method, and accep­tance cri­te­ria.
